Problem changing from a portrait to a landscape orientation Office 2016 - Solved

 Tested on Windows 10 version 22H2 + Office 2016

Office frozen in  changing from a portrait to a landscape orientation

If the official procedures do not help, try adding these 2 items to the firewall.

!!ATTENTION  svchost.exe is basic system process - at the rule 1 select only wlidsvc, not ALL!!

Outbound Rule 1   

Program -  C:\Windows\System32\svchost.exe 

Sevices -microsoft account login helper wlidsvc

Protokol: TCP

Local port: ALL

Remote port: 80

Action: Block 

Outbound Rule 2

Program -  C:\Windows\System32\spoolsv.exe

Sevices -ALL

Protokol: TCP

Local port: ALL

Remote port: 631

Action: Block

If printing problem occur, you must select only a specific service in rule 2.
